Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Acceptance for the use of http://www.ejumblesale.net (.co.uk,.com)

This document contains the terms and conditions, which are applicable to the use of all material, located at http://www.ejumblesale.net,  http://www.ejumblesale.com and http://www.ejumblesale.co.uk. If you do not agree to this user agreement you may not use the services provided. If you have any questions about these conditions of acceptance please email support@ejumblesale.com.

1. Liability

1.1            ejumblesale.com, as the service provider, hereby excludes itself and its employees from:

1.1.2     All liability for loss or damage caused by any error, whether the result of negligence or other cause, in publishing the advertisement on the Internet.

1.1.3     the total liability of ejumblesale.com shall in no circumstance exceed the price of the service.

1.2        If you have any right or claim to a user who has used ejumblesale.com, you agree to pursue such right or claim independently of us involving us in no way, releasing ejumblesale.com itself and employees from any fees, fines, costs and expenses that can result from this.

2. Other conditions applicable to all advertisements are:

2.1       No refund will be made where in the opinion of ejumblesale.com the error does not put the advertiser in a disadvantage towards other advertisers.

2.2       It is the advertisers responsibility to check their advertisements for any errors or omissions immediately notifying ejumblesale.com if they are found.

2.3       You must not advertise items, which we do not permit on the site, as described in the list of prohibited items.

2.4       You may not use any words, which can be deemed as offensive to other users this includes blasphemy; swear words and sexually explicit words.

As an advertiser, you must ensure that you are legally able to advertise on our site under the laws governed by the United Kingdom.

3. Membership Eligibility

3.1            Ejumblesale.com services are not available, and cannot be used by anyone under the age of 18 or to suspended ejublesale.com users. If you are representing a business you agree that you have the authority to bind the business to this user agreement.

3.2       When registering you must provide a valid email address which you own and a username. You are responsible for all actions taken under your username and email and must not disclose it to any other person. You must only advertise with the site with a username and email that you solely set up. No user can have more than one username and email.

3.3       You must be a UK citizen and residing in the UK in order to use our service.

4. Information Control

4.1       We do not control all information submitted by users, we try to at best filter out any information that can be offensive. But we cannot be held responsible for any information that you find offensive, harmful, deceptive or inaccurate.

5. Buying

5.1       As a buyer, you have a legal obligation to complete a transaction with the advertiser. When agreeing to buy an item you must use a valid email address which you own and set up. You must be legally able to buy the item.

6. Misuse

6.1            Ejumblesale.com holds the right to suspend you from the use of our services provided immediately without notifying you, if under our opinion you are misusing the service provided to you. This includes the manipulation of data held by ejumblesale.com such as price and email.

7. Restrictions

7.1       All information you provide to ejumblesale.com must not be, misleading, offensive and inaccurate. You hold sole liability for the information you have provided.

8. Use of Scripting Tools

8.1       You may not use any server side scripting to in the opinion of ejumblesale.com cause harmful damage.

9. Comments and Suggestions to ejumblesale.com

9.1       You may not under any circumstances contact ejumblesale.com if the comments, suggestions, ideas, questions, or any other information is under the opinion of ejumblesale.com abusive, illegal, obscene, threatening and does contain computer viruses, malicious scripting, Spam, chain lettering. You may not use an email address which you do not own solely or impersonate another person or entity.

10. Prohibited Items

10.1     You may under no circumstances advertise or make reference to any of the items described below.

1. Any sexually explicit material, which references or is pornography and paedophile.

2. Any substance that is illegal to sell or buy in the UK including drugs, guns and any item that is sold under the pretence that it can harm another person.

3. Any information that can be used for dishonesty such as exam papers.

4. You may not sell items, which are not legal to sell in your country such as credit cards, and lottery tickets.

11. Right to Amend or Omit

11.1            ejumblesale.com reserves the right to amend or omit any advertisement without prior notice to the advertiser.

12. Advertising Charges

12.1           ejumblesale.com charges for advertisement are subject to immediate change.

13. Payments

13.1            Payments must be made using the payment service provided by ejumblesale.com. Ejumblesale.com reserves the right to change the type of payment service provided at any time.

14. Data Protection

14.1     By advertising on ejumblesale.com you consent to ejumblesale.com storing, holding and using personal data, which you have submitted. Ejumblesale.com may use the information to contact you about any ejumblesale.com business communication.

Eumblesale.com reserves the right to disclose any information submitted by the advertiser during the use of the site to the police or any other relevant authority.

15. Acceptance Of These Conditions

15.1     The use of the material located at http://www.ejumblesale.com , http://www.ejumblesale.co.uk and http://www.ejumblesale.net shall be deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of acceptance.
